About the company
A division of RAS Thermal Co., Ltd., based in Changzhou, China.

What we make
Four conductor families: thermocouple alloy wire in Type K, J, N, T, E, R, S and B; heating resistance wire in NiCr 80/20, NiCr 60/15 and CuNi1 to CuNi44; copper-clad steel at 21% to 40% IACS; and high-temperature alloy wire in Inconel, Incoloy and Hastelloy grades.
Enamelled copper alloy wire (polyurethane, UEW) is supplied alongside the bare conductors for precision resistors, wound components and sensors.
Drawn, not bought in
The wire is drawn from alloy melted in-house rather than bought as rod from a third party. Composition and diameter therefore stay under one quality system from furnace to final spool.
Thermocouple pairs are matched from the same heat, so the two conductors in a pair share a thermal history — which is what makes a Class 1 tolerance meaningful rather than nominal.
What buyers ask for
Type K wire to Class 1 with per-lot calibration data, NiCr 80/20 for element winding, 40% IACS copper-clad steel for drop wire, or 0.05 mm enamelled CuNi for a precision resistor.
Every answer comes with the measured value and the heat number. Where a grade or tolerance is outside our range, we say so at quotation rather than at delivery.
Further processing
Beyond bare conductor, we can supply the wire in the form your drawing calls for: stranded constructions, braided or served shields, and extruded or enamel insulation.
If you need stranding, braiding, extrusion or another downstream operation, tell us the construction and the delivery condition — temper, anneal, spool length — and we will confirm what we can hold and quote it as one item rather than two.
